XADO等角速万向节润滑脂是迄今为止最好的等角速万向节专用润滑脂。按照其使用性能，XADO等角速万向节润滑脂远远超越目前市场上任何一种二硫化钼（MoS2）润滑脂。它是以锂基-钙复合稠化剂（ALASSCA complex）为基础，应用现代加工工艺，配以专门的添加剂精制而成。它赋予润滑脂全新的和特别有效的保护功能。

主要功效：
1、是用于等角速万向节球形铰最理想的润滑脂，可降低磨损2-2.5倍；
2、保护罩损坏后，能长时间保护等角速万向节免受潮气和灰尘的损伤；
3、它同时也是各种汽车零部件的超级全能润滑脂产品，如应用于轮毂轴承、球形支座和铰接头、传动系统的万向轴接头、水泵和发电机轴承；它还可用于工业和日用机械设备，如开放式齿形传动机构、各种滚动和滑动轴承、手动磨床的齿轮、炉具等；
4、在各种苛刻条件（极限高负载，超高或者超低速度，高温，粉尘或者高湿环境等）下都能保持优异润滑性能；
5、防止划痕和腐蚀的出现，降低噪音和振动；
6、由于“摩圣”再生剂的存在，确保摩擦表面处于理想状态。

使用方法：
使用专用加油枪加注时，通过油枪口直接将润滑脂挤入所要润滑的设备，直至润滑脂到达润滑部位的空隙为止；
手工涂抹时，先清除旧润滑脂，然后用新润滑脂填充轴承空腔至一半即可。

备注：
建议用于新设备或者零部件上；
对于较大幅度的恢复性维修，建议使用XADO恢复型或者修理型润滑脂；
可与各种汽车或者工业设备锂基润滑脂混合使用，比例不限。

CV Joint Grease is the perfect grease for
Constant Velocity Joints
and will reduce wear by 2 to 2.5 times. 
XADO CV Joint Grease is formulated for lubrication and
effective wear protection and due to XADO Revitalizant, the
protective cermet layer grows on the crystal lattice of the
metal surface. It is a superuniversal grease: applied to all
car units (vehicle hub bearings, ball bearings
and hinges, cardan joints of transmission, bearings of pump
and generator). It is also used in joints of industrial
and household equipment (open gearings, sliding
and frictionless bearings, pinions of manual polishing
machines, chains etc).  It is also compatible with
automotive and industrial lithium greases of all types, can
be mixed with them in any proportion.

Application

Remove the old grease and fill 1/2 of the bearing
(unit) volume with the grease.



with pressurized application


Add the grease through the zerk until desired grease
volume is reached.



Recommended for new joints and mechanisms. Use XADO
“Restoring” and “Repairing” greases for
essential restoring repair.
