产品简介：
XADO保护型润滑脂用于大负载机械设备的保护，防止摩擦表面磨损。它能消除新造滚动轴承的制造缺陷；延长零部件使用寿命2-4倍。
XADO保护型润滑脂是普通多用途锂基润滑脂的替代品。这一现代配方技术润滑脂拥有国际发明专利，其中含有“摩圣”再生剂和EP（Extreme Pressure）极压添加剂。

主要功效：
1、延长设备使用寿命；
2、修复不超过10%的磨损；
3、消除划痕和微裂纹；
4、降低振动和噪音；
5、降低表面粗糙度Ra至8纳米；
6、节约电能消耗。

使用方法：
使用专用加油枪加注时，通过油枪口直接将润滑脂挤入所要润滑的设备，直至润滑脂到达润滑部位的空隙为止；
手工涂抹时，先清除旧润滑脂，然后用新润滑脂填充轴承空腔至一半即可。

备注：
该润滑脂的特长是对轴承提供抗磨损保护（转速10 000r/min）；
建议用于新的轴承或者其它零部件；
可与各种汽车或者工业设备锂基润滑脂混合使用，比例不限。

Grease 'Protective'

XADO Grease Protective is applied for protection of units and mechanisms operating under heavy loads. This grease is a universal substitute for all consistent greases and protects surfaces from wear. Removes factory defects of new frictionless bearings. Extends the life span of the parts considerably.

Technical characteristics

The patented formula of this up-to-date grease is based on a composition of XADO revitalizant and EP complex (Extreme Pressure).



Method of application:


Remove the old grease.

Fill 1/2 of unit volume with PROTECTIVE grease XADO.



Note.

The grease is especially effective for protection of bearings from wear (up to 10,000.00 rpm).
Recommended for new assemblies and parts.
